Job Description

Order Management and Billing Analyst Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Management and Billing Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating order processing and billing activities, supervising a team that oversees various areas such as obtaining and reviewing legal agreements, maintaining equipment databases, and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate order processing and billing activities for contracts
  • Supervise daily task management of the Customer Advocate Team
  • Obtain and review legal agreements for completeness of terms and conditions
  • Maintain equipment databases and process updates, additions, and cancellations
  • Invoice according to preferences and validate revenue recognition criteria
  • Reconcile and report monthly revenue data, provide corrections and clarifications
  • Archive and retain records in accordance with company policies

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in order management and billing
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications
