Procurement Expert Job

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and negotiating with vendors, managing purchase orders, and ensuring timely material availability.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supplier Sourcing: Identify and evaluate potential vendors to meet business needs.
  • Contract Negotiation: Conduct technical evaluations, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Purchase Order Management: Prepare rate comparisons, obtain approvals, and generate accurate POs.
  • Order Tracking: Monitor deliveries, track shipments, and ensure timely material availability.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and collaborate with project teams post-order.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure materials meet technical specs and quality standards.
  • Reporting: Maintain procurement records and generate regular reports on order status.
Qualifications:
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in procurement, preferably with a system integrator.
