Job Title: Fashion Merchandiser

We are seeking a talented individual to lead the merchandising function across our online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and vendors.
  • Oversee all vendor and customer orders, payments, and inventory on a daily basis.
  • Maintain product listings, add/remove ready-to-ship pieces, and ensure an engaging and consistent brand image online.
  • Collaborate on line sheets, lookbooks, and product assortments in alignment with promotional campaigns.
  • Manage direct customer interactions through various channels, sharing updates and ensuring queries are resolved quickly.
  • Work closely with marketing and design teams to ensure that product presentation reflects the luxury aesthetic across all touchpoints.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in merchandising, fashion retail, or customer-facing roles with lifestyle/fashion brands.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially with stores and vendors.
  • Hands-on knowledge of digital tools like Shopify, Excel, and other software.
  • Ability to balance operational efficiency with creativity and attention to detail.
