Job Title: Senior Institutional Sales Trader

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead client relationships and drive business growth in the institutional sales trading space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with institutional clients, including hedge funds, asset managers, pension funds, PSU/private banks, and other large investors.

  • Providing personalized advice and executing client strategies through our efficient execution practices.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely execution of client orders in equity and derivatives markets.
  • Advising clients on market liquidity, trade strategies, and pricing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with institutional clients.
  • Serving as primary point of contact for clients and providing personalized advice.
  • Executing client orders efficiently while ensuring best execution practices.
  • Monitoring trading activity and ensuring accurate and timely execution of client orders.
  • Advising clients on market trends, liquidity, and trade strategies.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years experience in institutional sales trading, preferably at a broking firm or investment bank.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, including equities, fixed income, and derivatives.
  • Proven track record of managing institutional client relationships and executing trades.
