Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Metals & Mining Industry

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of effectively managing accounting, finance, and administrative functions in a dynamic organization.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the entire functioning of Accounts and Finance Department.
  2. Responsible for excellent leadership qualities.
  3. Excellent coordination with all departments in the company.
  4. Proficient in import documentation and foreign remittances.
  5. Checking MIS reports.
  6. Analyzing annual reports of the company.
  7. Responsible for all invoices generated by the billing department.
  8. Ensure compliance and accuracy in accounting procedures.
  9. Reviewing and checking all works and tasks handled by Accounts and Finance Department employees.
  10. Reviewing all bank reconciliations.
  11. Maintaining confidentiality and secrecy of the department at all levels.
  12. Analyzing company revenues, profit & loss accounts, trial balance, and balance sheets.
  13. Good knowledge of GST (Goods and Services Tax).
  14. Coordination with chartered accountants.
  15. Conducting internal departmental audits.
  16. Checking all expenses.
  17. Cross-checking and reviewing TDS/TCS returns filed with a CA firm.
  18. Complete knowledge of E-way bills against purchase by calculating, costing, and matching the same with packing lists and bills of entry for movement of material from ports to godowns.

Requirements:

  1. Graduate/Post Graduate/CA/ICWA/CPA with 10-15 years of experience.
  2. Experience should be 10-15 years in Accounts and Finance Department.
  3. Candidate should be a self-starter, proactive, and well-conversant with the functioning of Accounts and Finance Department.
  4. Good computer knowledge, including MS Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Tally Prime-3.0.
  5. Excellent practical knowledge in Accounts and Finance Department.
  6. Problem-solving ability.
