Executive Leadership Position

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive our solar business operations in Thrissur. As the key driver of our company's growth, you will be responsible for strategizing business plans, identifying market opportunities, and driving sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
  • In-depth understanding of the solar energy sector, market trends, and regulatory requirements
  • Proven experience in business development, sales management, and revenue generation
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency in project management and operational oversight
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team effectively
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in the renewable energy sector is highly desirable
