Key Responsibilities:

Lead Revenue Growth:

  • Drive multi-property revenue management strategies across diverse hotels and resorts.
  • Develop market analysis, demand patterns, and competitor performance insights to inform dynamic pricing models.
  • Optimize channel distribution (OTAs, CRS, GDS, brand.com) to achieve optimal business mix results.
  • Prepare detailed forecasts, budgets, and performance dashboards for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Collaborate with General Managers, operations, and marketing teams to align revenue and commercial strategies effectively.
  • Support hotel pre-opening initiatives with positioning, pricing models, and launch strategies tailored to meet client needs.
  • Implement scalable frameworks, SOPs, and playbooks for revenue and asset management best practices.
  • Mentor property-level executives to strengthen internal commercial capabilities and drive revenue growth.
Requirements:

Essential Skills:

  • 8-10 years' experience in hotel revenue management, preferably with multi-property exposure.
  • Proven track record of improving RevPAR, occupancy, and RGI across varied property formats.
  • Deep knowledge of digital revenue tools, RMS, PMS, OTAs, and distribution channels.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Confident leader who can influence cross-functional teams and property GMs effectively.
  • Comfortable working in both entrepreneurial white-label models and structured asset management environments.
