
Senior Account Growth Specialist

As a senior account growth specialist, you'll play a crucial role in driving performance marketing services for our esteemed clients.
You will work closely with internal and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration and exceptional client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver value-driven solutions to key stakeholders within each account.
- Deliver the highest level of client satisfaction while ensuring contract renewal, overall account health, and growth.
- Manage day-to-day operational and tactical account management activities for assigned accounts, including monitoring sales, spend, ROI, and staying updated on the latest information from media buyers and strategists.
- Foster an environment of 'client-first' at all levels of the organization.
- Serve as the go-to resource for clients' product and process knowledge and collaborate with teammates to deliver exceptional service experiences.
- Understand project requirements and ensure the team and client operate at their fullest potential.
- Act as the liaison to the support organization for client knowledge and manage escalations effectively.
- Answer and resolve queries, follow-up call questions, and prepare meeting or call minutes between the client and team.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with customers, aligning all activities with the client's business case and strategy.
- Drive engagement for new and existing customers, foster a sense of urgency, professionalism, and execution that sets a new standard for customer service performance.
- Strategize and identify opportunities to increase renewal rates and maintain a low churn rate.
- Expand revenue in accounts through cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
- Influence future lifetime value through higher service adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall health scores.
