We're looking for a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. As a key contributor, you'll be responsible for:

  • Pipeline Development: Design and implement machine learning pipelines and models, including LLM-based solutions.
  • Prototype to Production: Translate prototypes and research into production-grade code and deployable components.
  • Model Tuning: Develop and fine-tune foundation models and LLMs for specific use cases.
  • Training and Optimization: Train and optimize numeric machine-learning models.
  • Prompt Engineering: Apply prompt engineering and build agent-based architectures for complex task automation.
  • Integration and Deployment: Integrate models into backend systems and support real-time/batch inference services.
  • Observability and Safety: Work with guardrails and observability tools to ensure safe and robust use of generative AI.

Your Experience and Background

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning models in production.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM solution development and integration.
  • Solid understanding of modern LLM tools and frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Autogen, Azure OpenAI Studio, Gemini Studio, and LangSmith.
  • Proficiency with Python and ML libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Deep understanding of agent architectures, prompt engineering, and LLM guardrails.
  • Experience with CI/CD practices, version control, testing, and model governance.
  • Comfortable working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Bonus: Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) or orchestration tools (e.g., MLflow, Airflow).
