Project Director - Fit-out Execution

This role plays a pivotal part in driving the growth of repeatable, high-quality workspace models.

You will oversee the end-to-end delivery of commercial interior fit-out projects for premium clients in Bengaluru—from briefing and design coordination to on-site execution, final quality checks, and handover.

  • Lead turnkey fit-out execution: interpret design drawings, BOQs, align procurement, manage site delivery, commissioning, snag resolution, and client handover.
  • Develop and control project plans—schedule, budget, resources; maintain governance via change control and risk logs.
  • Coordinate internal/external stakeholders—including clients, designers, vendors, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Conduct frequent site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, HSE and building codes.
  • Facilitate timely resolution of technical or contractual challenges; oversee accurate documentation from RFIs to variation orders and handover dossiers.
  • Deliver structured stakeholder reporting and maintain transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.

A Bachelor's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar field is essential. You must have hands-on leadership of on-site teams and contractors, ideally with prior turnkey project experience. 8–15 years of experience managing commercial or office interior fit-out projects, including high-value assignments, are necessary for this role.
