Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Civil Engineer with experience in Commercial Interiors to take on a challenging project role. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to effectively manage multiple aspects of construction projects.

The site engineer's responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring sites are safe, clean, and organized.
  • Preparing detailed estimates and sourcing necessary materials and tools.
  • Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on specific projects.
  • Troubleshooting equipment as required.
  • Negotiating contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best deals.
  • Reviewing and authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans.
  • Drafting comprehensive work schedules and communicating any changes to team members and clients.
  • Gathering data, compiling reports, and presenting findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Allocating tasks and coordinating meetings and training sessions where necessary.
  • Conducting quality assurance checks and providing feedback to the team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Significant experience in Interior design, particularly in Commercial settings.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Additional certifications or licenses may be required.
  • In-depth knowledge of Construction, Engineering, and Design principles.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
