Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Operations Support Specialist.

This individual will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing high-volume cases, excellent communication skills, and experience working with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing operational support to our partner program, including responding to inbound requests from partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Granting, validating, and troubleshooting access to our partner portal.
  • Ensuring accurate data on partner program compliance.
  • Handling deal registration exceptions.
  • Updating and troubleshooting data in our Partner Locator tool.
  • Managing partner applications and onboarding.
  • Serving as a liaison between our Global Ecosystem Operations team and other departments.
  • Leading business process improvements.
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Assisting with tool maintenance and data clean-up projects.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience managing high-volume cases using an email-based ticketing system or similar.
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills for all levels of the organization.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with G-suite, ServiceNow, and SFDC.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of a business domain or manage a business process and be accountable to stakeholders.
