Operational Process Expert

We are seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring all vendor deliverables align with our company standards.
- This role will have several key responsibilities including:
- Defining the operational cadence for activities and ensuring they meet quality norms, such as RCA review, problem management sessions, MBRM, capacity release management, license management, and documentation.
- Highlighting risks and issues that may impact our operations.
- Ensuring compliance with change management processes.
- Creating and adopting a MI runbook for efficient management of the process.
- Coordinating with vendors on behalf of the team to ensure they perform as expected during MI.
- Working closely with the PO and vendors to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Providing performance feedback to vendors.
- Assisting with SIAM (Supplier Integration & Management) tasks.
The ideal candidate will be able to work in the EMEA timezone and be available for standby outside of these hours. They should also be comfortable with reporting for ITIL functions such as incident, change, and problem management.
