**Sales Operations Expert**

 

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Operations Expert to join our team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales activities and processes.

 

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales operations and be able to provide expert guidance and support to our sales teams. They will also be responsible for reviewing and rectifying escalated customer satisfaction issues, as well as developing and documenting business requirements for new product launches.

 

As a member of our Sales Operations team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational and process efficiencies. You will also be responsible for providing sales communication and education on current processes and best practices.

 

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide expert operational knowledge to Global Theater Sales Operations team members
  • Review and rectify escalated customer satisfaction issues due to sales errors
  • Develop and document business requirements for new product launches
  • Create and maintain required documentation
  • Monitor and enforce CRM and CPQ data integrity

 

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized with a focus on accuracy
  • Previous hands-on experience with CRM (Salesforce.com) and ERP (SAP)
  • Exposure to CPQ is preferred but not required
