Key Responsibilities- Pursuing or recently qualified in Corporate Secretaryship (ICSI) or Executive level qualifications
- 1+ years of experience or freshers welcome, with strong learning attitude and eagerness to grow in corporate secretarial functions
- Knowledge of Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI (LODR), NBFC compliances is highly desirable
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Good understanding of business operations and ability to apply knowledge in a practical context
