Customer Solutions Expert

We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Customer Solutions Expert. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering value to our customers through tailored solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include leading customer-facing workshops to capture needs and constraints, gathering and documenting customer requirements, and translating them into clear product specifications. You'll also plan and lead training activities to maximize adoption and value realization.

  • Customer Engagement & Discovery:
  • Lead customer workshops to identify needs and constraints.
  • Gather and document customer requirements.
  • Translate requirements into actionable product specifications.
  • Solution Design & Proposal Support:
  • Support proposal development in collaboration with sales teams.
  • Translate customer insights into actionable product requirements.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies to ensure customer needs are accurately represented.
  • Issue Management & Continuous Improvement:
  • Review and assess Change Requests for feasibility and impact.
  • Prioritize customer requests in partnership with Product Management.
  • Support the development team with issue root cause analysis.

You will maintain deep product knowledge, collaborate across teams, and champion customer perspectives throughout the product lifecycle.

To succeed in this role, you'll need strong familiarity with Telecom / Telephony / Cellular / Analytics Domain, hands-on experience in SIGINT collection systems, and proven experience in customer-facing solution roles.
