Job Title: HR Specialist

About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Specialist to support various HR functions and ensure a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in an HR role.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including new hire onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs and serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, and company policies.
  • Provide daily support to employees and managers on a range of HR-related topics, ensuring compliance with local and federal labor laws and company policies.
  • Support the talent acquisition process by assisting with recruitment activities and contributing to performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) with a high degree of accuracy and assist in generating reports as needed for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • An MBA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in an HR role, with hands-on experience in areas such as employee relations, benefits, or compliance.
  • Foundational knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
