Logistics Procurement Specialist

Job Summary:
The Logistics Procurement Manager will oversee the procurement of banking devices and manage warehousing inventory for all banking products. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, import, and warehousing & inventory control management.
Key Responsibilities- Procurement and Inventory Management: Manage end-to-end activities related to warehousing and inventory control management for all banking products/devices.
- Import Shipments Coordination: Coordinate with foreign partners, freight forwarders, customs departments, and vendors for timely material delivery.
- Vendor Relationship Management: Co-ordinate with operations to ensure vendor PO issuance and payment on time, and coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and collecting inventory reports.
- Inventory Analysis and Reporting: Prepare and publish inventory reports for all products daily and support data analysis for preparing monthly procurement reports.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 10-12 years of strong experience in sourcing, import, and warehousing & inventory control management.
- Procurement Knowledge: Knowledge of procurement practices and governance.
- Analytical Skills: Experience in collecting and analyzing procurement data.
Additional Responsibilities
- Contract Review and Renewal: Review existing contracts related to banking products, warehousing, and inventory control, maintain trackers and repositories, and raise the need for agreements in time for renewal before expiry.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing.
