We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Professional to collaborate with our hiring managers and drive the recruitment process forward. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your expertise in leadership hiring and executive search to identify and attract top talent.

You will be responsible for collaborating with our TA Lead and Talent Advisor to develop tailored recruitment solutions that meet our specific hiring needs. Your ability to proactively identify and engage with target candidates through various channels will be crucial in building and maintaining our talent pipelines.

To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record of implementing innovative hiring techniques, competitive intelligence, research, and talent mapping to develop diverse talent pools. Additionally, you will conduct in-depth assessments of candidates' qualifications, leadership potential, and cultural fit.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Masters degree in human resources, Business, or a related field with 8+ years of experience
  • Proven experience in leadership hiring or executive search
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools, including applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms
