Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced mechanical design professional to lead the development of hybrid UAV systems and subsystems.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in advanced CAD tools, such as PTC Creo, and a strong understanding of product lifecycle management systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • CAD-based mechanical design ownership: Lead the design of Hybrid UAV subsystems and payload interfaces using advanced parametric CAD tools.
  • TAD (Tooling & Assembly Definition): Prepare assembly BOMs, jigs and fixture interfaces, and support design-to-assembly planning.
  • PLM integration: Experienced in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems for version control, workflows, and digital thread management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience in mechanical product design, preferably in aerospace, UAVs, or robotics.
