Design Senior Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled UX Engineer to join our cutting-edge AI R&D team. You will design and implement user experiences for innovative Generative AI applications that transform our product offerings.

You will work closely with AI engineers and product managers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly interfaces.

  • Stay current with emerging UX trends in human-AI interaction, prompt design, agent UI, and conversational UX.
  • Design user interfaces for GenAI applications, ensuring usability, accessibility, and an optimal user experience.
  • Conduct user research, create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to validate design concepts and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Collaborate with GenAI Engineers to understand AI model capabilities and limitations.
  • Apply user-centered design principles and best practices for AI-powered applications.

The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, hands-on experience in designing user interfaces, and at least 3 years of total experience with relevant experience in UX design and front-end development for AI or complex software applications.
