Business Development Manager

At YO HR CONSULTANCY, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for researching and identifying potential clients who can benefit from our factoring services. You will make phone calls and send emails to potential clients to introduce our services and generate interest. You will maintain accurate records of communications and the status of potential clients and follow up effectively. You will qualify leads based on their interest and purchasing capacity and collaborate with the sales and business relations team to transfer qualified leads. You will participate in the creation and implementation of lead generation strategies and stay updated on our products and services and effectively communicate their value proposition to leads.
Requirements:
• Previous experience of at least 3 years in lead generation preferably in the financial industry.
• Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
• Proactive attitude and results-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and lead tracking.
• Ability to establish effective relationships and gain the trust of potential clients.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Focus on quality and attention to detail.
