Retail Sales Beauty Specialist

Job Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for consulting with clients to determine their skin type, skincare concerns, and style preferences. You will provide expert advice on products and services that fit the client's needs, preferences, and budget, and explain how they work.
Your role will involve responding to customer questions and complaints, making sales, processing returns, and maintaining a balanced register. You will also plan and participate in store events, design and maintain attractive displays, and manage inventory. Additionally, you will handle administrative and clerical duties, such as ordering stock and maintaining customer relationships through follow-up calls and messages.
Key Skills and Qualifications
Extensive knowledge of beauty trends, skincare products, and cosmetics is essential. A passion for the beauty industry and experience in sales, retail, or related fields are highly desirable. Excellent customer service and sales abilities, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and good analytical and problem-solving skills are required.Benefits
