Job Title: Beauty Product Sales Representative

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a dynamic sales professional to join our team and represent our brand in the beauty industry.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of beauty trends, skincare products, and cosmetics.
  • You will be responsible for consulting with clients to determine their skin type, skincare concerns, and style preferences.
  • Recommend products or services that fit the client's needs, preferences, and budget, and explain how they work.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of product offerings and keep up-to-date with new launches and promotions.
  • Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to increase sales.
  • Participate in store events and design attractive displays to showcase products.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers through follow-up calls and emails to ensure exceptional customer service.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business, marketing, or communications.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, retail, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
