About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at IndusGuru Network Partners. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building relationships to target new client accounts.

The ideal candidate will have experience in selling professional services, particularly in the consulting and IT sectors. Strong communication and customer relationship skills are essential, as well as proven sales experience and proficiency in sales management, negotiation, and deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • BUILD strong relationships with key decision-makers at target client accounts
  • Manage day-to-day sales activities, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the consulting or IT sector
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and tools
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
