Job Description

Type of Role: Full-Time, On-Site

Location: Near Shyam Nagar Metro Station

Salary Range: ₹30K – ₹35K per month

Experience Level: 2-3 years

Work Timings: 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Saturday 

We're looking for a creative and innovative specialist to strategize, manage, and oversee personal branding initiatives for clients.

What You'll Do:

  1. Develop and oversee personal branding strategies for clients, ensuring alignment with their professional personas and goals.
  2. Guide and manage a team of interns to execute activities effectively.
  3. Review and approve posts, comments, and engagement plans created by interns, ensuring high-quality execution.
  4. Train interns in best practices, including writing, engagement, and analytics.
  5. Monitor interactions, ensuring timely and professional responses across platforms.
  6. Analyze analytics to measure the success of strategies, identify areas for improvement, and present results to clients.
  7. Stay updated on trends and strategies to keep clients ahead in their industries.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing profiles, creating content, and engaging with audiences.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and guide a team to deliver results.

Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to create impactful strategies and oversee their execution.

Writing Skills: Exceptional writing and editing skills to guide content creation.

Social Media Expertise: In-depth understanding of social media platforms.

Analytics: Familiarity with analytics tools to measure success and optimize strategies.

Hands-On Experience: You've done it all yourself before and can confidently train others.
