Senior Quality Assurance Leader

We seek a seasoned professional to spearhead our QA strategy and elevate product quality standards.

This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, driving both manual and automated testing in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement test strategies, automation, and performance testing initiatives.
  • Mentor engineers and champion best practices in QA.
  • Drive UI automation with Cypress & TypeScript, API testing with Postman, and performance testing with K6.
  • Promote accessibility standards (Wave, AudioEye) and CI/CD test integration.
  • Explore AI-first testing approaches to minimize reliance on manual test scripts.

Requirements:
10+ years in test automation.
Hands-on experience with Cypress, TypeScript, K6, Postman.
Strong knowledge of CI/CD, accessibility, and automation frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and leadership skills.
