Warehouse Logistics Expert

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all warehouse processes.

This role ensures efficient operations, safety, and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Setup: Plan, launch, and configure new warehouse facilities, including layout, storage systems, racking, material handling equipment, and IT infrastructure.
• Daily Operations: Manage inbound and outbound logistics, receiving, storage, order picking, packing, shipping, and oversee quality control and compliance with SOPs.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule warehouse staff, conduct performance reviews, foster teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Safety and Compliance: Maintain and enforce safety protocols, health, and safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Financial and KPI Oversight: Monitor warehouse metrics like fulfillment accuracy, throughput, and cost savings, report performance data to senior management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with procurement, transport, customer service, and suppliers to streamline logistics and resolve operational bottlenecks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• 2 years in a managerial or leadership capacity, particularly in launching new facilities or managing high-volume operations.
