**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate all site operations, including material handling, loading, and unloading.
- Ensure proper placement, stacking, and securing of loads to prevent damage or injury.
- Schedule and direct the work of laborers, drivers, and subcontractors as needed.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Monitor equipment usage and ensure maintenance schedules are followed.
- Enforce site safety standards and conduct regular safety briefings.
- Communicate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries and dispatches.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, materials used, and daily site activities.
- Identify and resolve issues that may cause delays or safety hazards.
- Provide training to staff on proper loading techniques and safety procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a supervisor in a logistics, warehouse, or construction setting.
- Strong understanding of safe loading practices and site operations.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Forklift or heavy equipment certification (preferred).

**Work Conditions**:

- Outdoor/field environment with exposure to varying weather conditions.
- Physical tasks including lifting, bending, and climbing may be required.
- Standard workweek with occasional overtime, weekends, or night shifts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
