Senior Financial Lead

As a seasoned financial expert, you will provide crucial support to operational project teams throughout the life cycle of their projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project teams on all financial aspects related to running clinical trials.
  • Assist in preparing and distributing monthly invoicing worksheets for client billing and revenue recognition.
  • Perform thorough variance analysis comparing forecasted revenue to actual revenue to identify discrepancies and changes in scope.
  • Review work orders and change order budgets to pinpoint out-of-scope activities.
  • Support project review meetings as needed.
  • Partner with management on contract documents, statements of work, and change orders.
Essential Qualifications:
  • University degree in Accounting or Finance; equivalent experience accepted.
  • Strong accounting skills and proficiency in Excel/PC software.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • CRO industry experience preferred.
