Job Title: Senior Academic Counselor

About the role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced senior academic counselor to join our team. As a senior academic counselor, you will be responsible for providing personalized recommendations to candidates based on their profiles, professional experience, and career aspirations.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Understand candidate profiles, professional experience, and career aspirations to provide tailored advice.
  • Maintain follow-ups via calls, emails, and messages to ensure timely closure.
  • Update and maintain accurate records of leads and sales progress in our CRM system.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year experience in EdTech industry sales (International Call Centre/Voice Process – mandatory).
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Knowledge of executive education/corporate training is a plus.
