Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Collabera. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to fill various positions within the company.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully recruiting candidates through various channels, including networking, social media, job portals, and employee referrals. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, hiring managers, and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Job Posting: Create job postings that are articulate, professional, and attention-grabbing to attract the right candidates.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various tactics to source top candidates, including networking, social media, job portals, and employee referrals.
  • Screens and Interviews: Conduct initial screens and interviews with potential candidates to assess their suitability for the position.
  • Liaison between Client and Candidate: Serve as a liaison between the client and candidate, handling phone calls, questions, and other details before and after interviews.
  • Negotiation and Job Offer: Negotiate salary and other terms and conditions of employment with selected candidates, providing them with a job offer letter and discussing benefits, requirements, and details of the position.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in any field is required.
