Working hours: Monday to Friday 1 PM to 10 PM / 2 PM to 11 PM (during daylight saving)
Salary: Open to discuss + uncapped commission scheme

We're seeking experienced recruiters to join our team at FinTop Consulting Ltd, a dynamic UK-based recruitment firm with offices in London and Ahmedabad. You'll play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and delivering top talent for our diverse clientele across various sectors including technology start-ups, software houses, and financial institutions. With support from our UK-based Business Development & Account Management team, you'll have the opportunity to thrive and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
You will be based in our state-of-the-art brand-new office in Gota, Ahmedabad
We are seeking Experienced individuals who have:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment (preferably technical / Financial )
- Prior experience in the UK/EU market is essential
- Must be fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Cultivating a positive mindset and winning attitude
- Dedicated, focused, and eager to learn
- Proficient in time management with a commitment to ethical practices and delivering high-quality service
Important: We need a candidate who has experience in recruiting candidates from the UK / EU Market only
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Sourcing potential candidates by searching through different job portals and LinkedIn to find the best possible talent for our clients
- Conduct thorough phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
- Efficiently schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates.
- Collaborate with the UK team to source top talent.
