The Process Trainer role is a crucial position within our organization.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Process Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions to our agents. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day functional direction and support in the classroom environment.

This includes utilizing effective presentation and facilitation skills, including creative training techniques and adult learning methods, to deliver training materials through classroom learning, hands-on demonstrations, and supporting activities.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 2-4 years of relevant experience in training methodologies and soft skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.

The Process Trainer will work closely with the Operations team to transition agents from training to production environment, ensuring competency levels meet business standards.

The successful candidate will also maintain relevant product knowledge for each account, ensure effective communication with managers, peers, and other resource groups, and contribute to continuous learning culture by maintaining engagement on change management, product and services releases, policies, processes, and procedures.

  • Responsible for day-to-day functional direction of agents within the program training classroom environment.
  • Utilize effective presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Prepare and present training materials through classroom learning, hands-on demonstrations, and supporting activities.
  • Accountable for achieving individual training performance metrics.
  • Support and partner with Operations to transition agents from training to production environment.
  • Maintain relevant product knowledge for each account.
  • Ensure effective, consistent communication with managers, peers, and other resource groups.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in training methodologies and soft skills.
