Cloud Transformation Expert

We are seeking an experienced cloud transformation professional to coordinate comprehensive training programs for Microsoft Azure Cloud and OpenAI technologies.

  • Coordinate, plan, and manage training initiatives focused on cloud computing and AI/ML services, catering to both Microsoft partners and customers.
  • Execute scalable training programs, with an emphasis on Azure infrastructure, Cognitive Services, OpenAI APIs, and other Microsoft cloud capabilities.
  • Ensure seamless execution of training logistics from inception to completion, including scheduling, trainer assignment, and post-training analysis for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate technical evaluation calls for prospective trainers, assessing their expertise in Azure services and AI technologies.
  • Build and maintain a network of external trainers specialized in Microsoft Azure and OpenAI, ensuring alignment with Microsoft's strategic direction.
  • Oversee the accurate distribution of technical training materials, including lab guides, sandbox environments, and OpenAI documentation or access codes.
  • Ensure all training programs meet quality standards, are aligned with Microsoft's cloud and AI roadmap, and result in high customer satisfaction and knowledge transfer.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in project coordination or program management, focused on cloud computing or training industry.
  • Demonstrated success in managing technical training programs, especially those centered around Azure, AI, or cloud transformation.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis), with experience leveraging Excel for training analytics and reporting.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and working knowledge of Azure services (e.g., Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services) and OpenAI's integration within Azure.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, capable of juggling multiple complex projects and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, capable of articulating cloud and AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Willingness and ability to work in a global environment, adapting to international clients and partners' needs.
  • Prior experience working with a technology training company is highly desirable.
  • Immediate availability preferred.
  • Strong aptitude for learning emerging technologies quickly, particularly in the cloud and AI space.
