Human Resources Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Human Resources Manager. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with individuals, groups, or work teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various HR processes, including payroll, benefits administration, employee incentives, retention strategies, turnover management, recruitment, safety protocols, training programs, and development initiatives.

In this role, you will direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees, educate employees on company policies, administer or change benefits, health plans, retirement plans, etc., monitor employee progress, and ensure a positive and productive work environment.

The HR Manager will foster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connected. A passion for HR and experience in a dynamic environment is desired.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee HR processes, including payroll, benefits administration, employee incentives, retention strategies, turnover management, recruitment, safety protocols, training programs, and development initiatives.
  • Work closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees.
  • Educate employees on company policies and maintain an up-to-date employee handbook.
  • Administer or change benefits, health plans, retirement plans, etc.
  • Monitor employee progress and stay informed about company culture.
  • Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure effective communication between managers and employees.
