We are seeking a highly skilled Senior MIS Executive to join our team at Jobman by Shunya Tattva. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional with a strong background in end-to-end MIS reporting.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in managing and producing management information systems (MIS) reports in the real estate sector. Proficiency in MS Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and other data visualization tools is essential.

Job Description

As a Senior MIS Executive, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and distributing daily, weekly, and monthly reports, dashboards, and presentations. You will perform complex data analysis, interpret trends, and make actionable recommendations based on insights.

You will manage and streamline large datasets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability. You will also implement automation techniques using Excel Macros, VBA, or other tools to improve the efficiency and accuracy of reports.

You will design and develop visually appealing and insightful dashboards in Tableau and Power BI for key stakeholders. You will work closely with various departments (Sales, Finance, Operations, etc.) to understand business needs and provide data-driven insights.

You will generate reports on business performance, KPIs, sales, and other relevant metrics, highlighting areas for improvement. You will standardize processes and reporting formats for consistency across the organization.

Key Requirements
  • Graduate (any stream)
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in MIS roles, with a focus on real estate industry
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.)
  • Experience with Tableau and Power BI for data visualization
  • Knowledge of database management and ability to handle large datasets
  • Strong understanding of reporting and dashboarding
