Accounting and Financial Leadership Position

The successful candidate will lead the accounting and financial functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, and strategic financial planning.

  1. Financial Management & Strategy
  • Develop financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to optimize cost, improve margins, and enhance profitability.
  • Monitor financial performance against business goals and provide insights for decision-making.
  1. Accounts & Reporting
  • Prepare timely and accurate financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations and oversee team performance.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable financial reporting standards.
  1. Compliance & Audit
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC filings, and other applicable laws.
  • Liaise with auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
  • Stay updated with regulatory changes impacting the industry.
  1. Treasury & Working Capital Management
  • Manage cash flows, banking operations, and fund utilization efficiently.
  • Oversee working capital management, credit control, and debtor management.
  • Build relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investors.
  1. Cost Control & MIS
  • Implement effective cost accounting systems and monitor production-related costs.
  • Develop and present periodic MIS reports to management.
  • Support business units with financial analysis.
  1. Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team.
  • Establish strong internal controls and processes.
  • Foster a culture of integrity, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
  • 8 - 15 year's post CA qualification experience in Accounts & Finance.
  • Strong expertise in financial reporting, statutory compliance, cost control, and treasury management.
  • Proven track record in handling audits, liaising with banks, and managing working capital.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
