Job Title: Communications Leader

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Communications Leader to drive PR, brand reputation, and corporate visibility for our company in India.

  • Develop and lead our corporate communication and brand positioning strategy for the Indian market.
  • Define and maintain a consistent brand identity, voice, and messaging framework across all touchpoints.
  • Drive reputation management efforts with a balance of storytelling, credibility, and compliance.
Media Relations & Thought Leadership:

Build and manage strong relationships with India's top-tier business, technology, and fintech media. Drive positive coverage through press releases, features, media interviews, and authored articles.

  • Manage CXO positioning through industry commentary, interviews, and speaker engagements.
  • Lead ORM across platforms (Google, review sites, news portals, forums) using monitoring and sentiment tools.
Branded IPs & Sponsorships:

Conceptualize and launch branded content series and thought leadership platforms. Identify and execute strategic sponsorships and co-branded activations to drive thought leadership and trust.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Communication & Brand Building.
  • Media Relations & Thought Leadership.
  • Online Reputation Management.
  • Branded IPs & Sponsorships.
Ideal Candidate:

8–12 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or brand management, preferably in fintech, BFSI, payments, or regulated industries. Strong experience in media relations, reputation strategy, and stakeholder storytelling.

Hands-on with ORM tools, sentiment tracking, and digital listening. Proven experience launching branded content/IPs or sponsorship-led marketing initiatives.

Exceptional communication, project management, and agency leadership skills. India-focused comms experience across metros, Tier 2/3 markets, and digital-first communities.
