Corporate Communication Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Communication Strategist to lead our internal and external communication efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective corporate and external communication strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of project management principles, excellent communication skills (oral and written), and outstanding organizational and planning abilities across locations & teams.

  • Develop and implement effective corporate and external communication strategies that include internal & external communication on social media platforms.

  • Manage internal communications (emails, presentations, newsletters etc.) through collaboration with the comms and business teams.

  • Research, write or vet content and design for emails, newsletters, organization website, infographics, social media, etc (all internal & external communication channels) to provide exceptional output and meet deadlines.

  • Plan and initiate communication initiatives for organizational events.

  • Maintain knowledge of the company's policies, brand guidelines, style guide, and keep up to date with relevant developments.

  • Work with internal teams to brainstorm content ideas, in line with the organizational goals.

  • Assist in communication from leadership.

  • Serve as a facilitator and provide solutions for peaceful resolution of disputes.

  • Proactively measure performance of communication strategies.

Requirements and qualifications:

  • Proven 4+ or 8+ years' experience as communications specialist for internal and external communication, preferably in large organizations.

  • Experience in copywriting and editing for all platforms.

  • Solid understanding of project management principles.

  • Meticulous attention to detail.

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

  • Excellent communication (oral and written).

  • Outstanding organizational and planning abilities across locations & teams.

  • Works well under pressure and meets timelines.

  • Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications or relevant field.

A typical day in this role would involve working on emails, presentations, website and social media content, newsletters, leadership communications. You will work closely with leaders across the organization and the communications team to meet all deadlines, build a strong brand, with meticulous attention to details.
