Job Description:

The Pre Sales Technical Consultant position at Technobind Solutions Pvt Ltd involves defining, developing, and supporting the sales process for technology and solutions with account teams. This role requires technical expertise and the ability to engage in account transactions based on specific deals/programs. The ideal candidate will focus on a specific area of technical expertise, such as specific products or areas within the company's global business units. Key responsibilities include technical consulting work with customers, sales presentations, product demonstrations, and customer training. Additionally, the Pre Sales Technical Consultant will gather and assess customer needs, identify related needs, and create a solution plan to meet the customer's business requirements. The role also involves maintaining excellent communications with customer executive management and representing the company as a technical expert. The Pre Sales Technical Consultant will work closely with the account team to ensure problem resolution and customer satisfaction. A bachelor's degree and minimum 6-8 years of experience in relevant technical consultative selling are required for this position. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of the company's technology and solutions, with deep expertise in a specific area and related technologies. They will also have strong communications skills and be able to work effectively with executive managers and C-level executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify related needs, such as lead generation and opportunity expansion.
  • Identify site-specific and corporate parameters and constraints that impact the solution.
  • Create a solution plan to meet the customer's business requirements.
  • Maintain excellent communications with customer executive management.
  • Represent the company as a technical expert.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in relevant technical consultative selling.
