Job Title: Oracle Technical Consultant

Join our team of experts at Careator Technologies Pvt Ltd as an Oracle Technical Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise to our clients in the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively participate in the consulting team to aid in different phases of the project, including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, and design and deployment.
  • Explore alternative solutions based on research, including literature surveys, information available in public domains, vendor evaluation information, and build POCs.
  • Create requirement specifications from business needs, define to-be-processes, and detailed functional designs based on requirements.
  • Support configuring solution requirements on products.
  • Understand and diagnose issues, seek clarifications, and identify and shortlist solution alternatives.
  • Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to provide high-quality value-added solutions to customers.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Global/Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Profile Management, Recruiting, ELM, Security.
  • Knowledge of DFF/Fusion Fast Formula.
  • Awareness of Oracle Fusion HCM Co-Existence and working on the same.
  • Experience in BI/OTBI Reports.
  • Development/Configuration/Solutions Evaluation/Validation and Deployment.
  • High-level familiarity of Oracle Fusion HCM/Payroll tables.
Preferred Skills:
  • Oracle Human Capital Management.
  • Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (Oracle Fusion HCM).
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate.
  • Ability to assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and suggest technology solutions.
