Establishing a seamless supply chain is crucial for maintaining production efficiency and ensuring timely delivery of materials to the production floor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire logistics process, from inventory management to material issuance and allocation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining optimal levels of raw materials, assembly materials, personal protective equipment, and consumables based on production plans
  • Issuing materials from warehouses to production using various handling equipment such as robots, automated guided vehicles, forklifts, and conveyors
  • Allocating personnel for tasks like kitting, de-palletizing, palletizing, packing, material issuance, internal scrap movement, and stock reconciliation
  • Ensuring zero stock variance through regular checks and analysis
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders for business requirement fulfillment
  • Managing required entries and documents in SAP according to standard operating procedures
Primary Objectives:
  • To ensure timely delivery of necessary materials to production
  • To avoid production stoppages due to material unavailability
  • To enhance staff proficiency in equipment usage
