As we transition from a legacy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to a new, integrated solution built within Zoho One, we require an experienced specialist to lead the technical setup, configuration, and optimisation of our new ERP environment in Zoho.

This role demands both technical capability and practical business process understanding. The specialist will be working with and supported by members of our team who have already begun the setup process.

Project Scope:

  • Configure Zoho Books, Inventory, and Creator to support invoicing, accounts receivable/accounts payable, inventory management, cylinder tracking/management, and customer management.
  • Migrate customer, product, and transaction data from our legacy ERP with accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop custom modules, workflows, and automations as appropriate to fit our operations.
  • Integrate Zoho with third-party tools.

The successful candidate will possess expertise in Zoho implementation, including configuration, customization, and integration. They should also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
