Customer Support and Content Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support and Content Professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support in Latin Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries through various channels, including emails, social media, and phone calls.
  • Resolves customer complaints and queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Creates content for the team in line with marketing requirements.
  • Contributes to social media and website content.

Requirements:

  • Excellent fluency in spoken Latin Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and English.
  • Strong command over written Latin Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and English.
  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in providing support in the respective languages.
  • Candidates with experience supporting international customers via call or chat will be preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Good problem-solving abilities.
  • A customer-oriented individual.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
  • A quick learner with an exceptional ability to make decisions.
  • Flexible for rotational shifts and weekly offs.
