Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Manager to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Incident Management: Act as a point of escalation for daily operational issues for IT Infrastructure
  • Operational Tasks: Oversee operational tasks and ensure proper documentation is maintained
  • Vendor Management: Manage third party vendors for incident management through to resolution
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Advanced technical troubleshooting skills with full coverage to support business hours

You will work closely with the business for any changes or requests for new services and provide support in solving incidents, service requests, and problems.

Key Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of IT experience in similar roles of IT Infrastructure management, Wintel Admin
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent English
  • Experience of working in a global team and in/for different jurisdictions
  • Full time Graduation / Post Graduation in any Stream Microsoft Certifications – Windows Servers / O365 / Azure / AWS
