We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our IT Infrastructure team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, deployment and maintenance of network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Manage the design, deployment, and maintenance of network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, low latency, redundancy and security.">
  • Collaborate with production and IT teams to align network infrastructure with the operational needs of continuous production processes.">
  • Lead the installation and configuration of routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points, ensuring optimal performance and security.">
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, identifying potential bottlenecks and ensuring minimal downtime.">
  • Plan and execute network upgrades, expansions, and modernization initiatives that include security features and future-ready wireless infrastructure solutions like Private 5G, WIFI 6.">
  • Ensure network scalability to support future production needs and business growth.">
  • Implement and enforce network security policies and controls in alignment with organizational policies.">
  • Manage relationships with network vendors and external partners to ensure timely delivery, implementation and support for network hardware and services.">
  • Develop redundancy strategies to prevent network failures and ensure the continuous availability of production data.">
  • Oversee documentation and compliance with network management standards and protocols, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.">
  • 10+ years of experience in managing production floor network infrastructure in manufacturing or industrial environments.">
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade network equipment (like Cisco, Juniper) and network monitoring tools.">
  • Proven experience in leading network architecture projects and managing security protocols.">
