Project Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Project Development Manager to oversee the entire project lifecycle, from inception to delivery. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled professional to join our organization and drive project success.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting client expectations. A strong background in project management principles, risk assessment, and quality control is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute project plans, including resource allocation and scheduling.
  2. Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction.
  4. Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  5. Ensure effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  6. Monitor and report on project progress, highlighting any deviations or issues.
  7. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  2. Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in the mechanical industry.
  3. Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  4. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  5. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Desired Skills:

  1. Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production.
  2. Experience with overseas projects and clients.
  3. Ability to understand technical aspects and drawings.
  4. Proficiency in additional languages, particularly French or German.
  5. Willingness to travel extensively and work in a dynamic environment.
