About our team:

We are a Microsoft Partner based in the USA, providing IT Services and Products for growth across multiple industry sectors while maintaining structure, stability, and core values.

We aim to be approved as suppliers through USA Federal and State contracts with at least three additional contract vehicles per year.

Within our Public Sector vertical, we need a Proposal Writer to produce professionally written proposal content that clearly articulates our value proposition.

The ideal candidate will have proven ability and skills in producing and editing proposal content, and experience in participating in review meetings and document production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead responses to Public Sector (US Government experience preferred) at the Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) and Task Order (TO) level.
  • Lead storyboard sessions with Bid/Proposal team members and key stakeholders.
  • Analyze RFPs/RFIs/RFQs to prepare response outlines and compliance matrices.
  • Research, development, planning, and writing of compliant technical material and compelling proposal content.
  • Interact proactively with subject matter experts.
  • Assist the Bid/Proposal Manager in developing a proposal.

  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of proposal writing.
  • Possess strong time management/prioritization skills.
  • Show ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with various audiences.
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
