Program Coordinator

This is a long-term contract opportunity for a Program Coordinator. The work can be done remotely and may lead to permanent employment.

The role involves coordinating various tasks, collaborating with teams, and maintaining records. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the program team on intake, clarifications, SLAs, and escalations.
  • Screen candidates based on required skills, rate, location, and notice period.
  • Prepare, QC, and submit resumes in the system; verify documentation and audit readiness.
  • Coordinate interviews end-to-end across time zones; confirm panels and logistics.
  • Maintain live pipelines, trackers, and weekly reports on submittals, interviews, offers, and starts.
  • Monitor bill-rate/markup compliance and turnaround times; clear blockers quickly.

Qualifications:

  • 3–6 years of experience in program coordination, staffing operations, or enterprise recruiting coordination.
  • Hands-on experience with a major VMS (e.g., Beeline/Fieldglass) and an ATS (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday).
  • Strong resume QC, JD deconstruction, and candidate screening abilities.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and Outlook/Teams proficiency.
  • Clear written and spoken English and consistent U.S. overlap availability.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience supporting IT and Engineering roles.
  • Light assessment administration (e.g., iMocha/TestGorilla).
  • Basic reporting/BI (Power BI/Data Studio) and automation mindset.
